Tasting Room
Our tasting room is open 7 days a week. We’d love for you to stop in and enjoy our brews. You can get flights, pints and growlers. We often have food trucks - be sure to follow us on twitter or facebook and you’ll never miss a special event!

Monday-Thursday: 4pm-9pm
Friday: 4pm-10pm
Saturday: 11am-10pm
Sunday: 1pm-6pm
We don't have scheduled tours, but we'd love to show you around any time we're open.

About Us
Conquest Brewing Company combines an understanding of microbiology, chemistry, and physics with a passion for brewing different and exciting beers. Established in 2012, we are Columbia, SC’s first production craft brewery since Prohibition. Our brewery is located just blocks from Williams Brice Stadium, and includes a tasting room. Come and have a drink with us 7 days a week!

Our Team
Our President and Head Brewer, Joseph Ackerman, is a Columbia native whose interest in brewing started while attending USC. He got involved with the Palmetto State Brewers Association, where he renewed his friendship with high school classmate Matthew Ellisor.
Their variety is outstanding for a small operation - often having eight of their beers ready. Even their simpler styles like the brown ale have plenty of flavor and depth." ~Christopher K via Yelp
Matthew Ellisor is the Vice President and Assistant Brewer, and has received an education in Brewing Technology from the Siebal Institute of Technology. Another Columbia native, he has found the perfect melding of his technical brewing skills and passion for flavorful beers in Conquest Brewing Company.
